Viewing and Managing Users
The Consumers Menu in the Wadzzo app allows brand admins to view, manage, and interact with users who have collected items. This guide will help you understand its features and maximize its utility for your brand.
Features of the Consumers Menu:
Download Consumers Data:
A green button at the top allows you to download a list of all consumers in a suitable file format. This can be useful for offline analytics, marketing purposes, or backup.
First Name & Last Name:
Displays the first and last names of the users. Note that some users might have a default name filled in, which indicates they haven't updated their full name.
Email:
Lists the email addresses of the consumers, providing a direct line of communication for newsletters, promotions, or feedback requests.
Update:
Symbolized by a green check mark, this feature allows you to update the user's details if needed.
Delete:
The red bin icon lets you remove a user from the list. Be cautious when using this feature, as it might permanently erase the user's data from the system.
Pagination Controls:
Located at the bottom, these controls let you navigate between multiple pages of users. The current page and the total number of pages are displayed, along with the total user count.
Best Practices:
Regularly back up your user data by downloading it, especially before making significant updates or deletions.
Respect user privacy by not sharing, selling, or misusing their email addresses or personal details.
If you need to reach out to a user, ensure your communication adheres to privacy laws and email marketing standards.
Always notify users of any significant changes or updates that might affect their user experience.
